Turkey is really beautiful. Our trip was wonderful, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, very attentive to our needs. The trip was advertised as 4- and 5-stars hotels, they were actually only 4 stars, and 2 were 3 stars in our opinion. Not all the entrances were covered as stated. We loved the tour, but we felt it was a lot of ruins for our taste. We really enjoyed the traditional dance show, the hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia and the Bosporus cruise. The food was excellent, like doner kebab, lamb chops, lentil soup, rice pudding and of course the "dessert of Turkey" the baklava. The guides took us to some really good restaurants, where we tried typical Turkish dishes with the nice hot bread fresh from the ovenShow more

I remember that in June 2022, before embarking on a trip to Turkey, we heard from several people who said that Turkey was a dangerous and poor country, among other things. At the end of our two week trip, we can say that not only did we NOT have a single bad experience, but it was also one of our best trips we have done so far and one that we will never forget. Turkish cuisine is fantastic. We love Mediterranean food, so during the two weeks of travel, we really enjoyed the different flavors and aromas. The trip, the places and natural landscapes were truly a dream. But the best thing was choosing the SUNNOVA travel agency, since they spoiled us a lot and this made a big difference in the quality of our trip. Suzane and Alican provided us with 5 star service. On this trip we were accompanied by our 13-year-old daughter Paulina, a teenager who had a very happy, entertaining and amazed time at all the places we had the opportunity to visit. I along with my family - a total of 5 - planned this trip to Turkey from the US. This was our first time in Turkey and I wanted it to be perfect. And so it was. Somehow I was lucky to find Sunnova Travel through Bookmundi.com. I wanted a private 13 day tour with everything included - hotel, transportation, guide, domestic flights etc. Sunnova Travel customized the entire tour package tailored to my requirements. Every morning the guide was at our hotel along with the transportation - an 8-seater Mercedes. For the first 5 days we visited all the important sites in Istanbul. Then we went around the country visiting Kusadasi, Cappadocia & Konya. The entire experience was absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend this travel company. They deliver what they promise.Show more

If you want to make sure you are taken care of with the sights you want to see with comfort and safety at a fair price, Sunnova is the place to call when planning a trip around Turkey. From the first response to my email, I could tell that Alican really paid attention to what we were looking for and didn't offer a cut-and-paste response. The tour was tailor-made with tremendous additions based on what he could tell we liked. The vehicles couldn't have been more comfortable for the long-drives. And Alican knew the best photo stops. If you're going to Turkey, definitely book with Sunnova Travel and ask for Alican for your tour guide. I have visited over 25 countries and have hired many tour guides, and I have to say that Alican is the best there is. We decided on a customized private tour so we can see as much as possible in only 7 days. The tour did not feel rushed like with other tours I've been on, and Alican is the most generous, honest, kind hearted, hospitable guide I have ever met. He goes above and beyond for you to make sure all your needs are taken care of. He is very flexible and tries to show you the best of Turkey. We visited Istanbul, Ephesus, Pammukale, and Cappodocia all in 7 days with Alican. Alican makes sure that the locals do not take advantage of you and keeps a close eye on things the entire time.
