Prior to booking the trip we made several modifications to the original itinerary and Dilimar was very helpful in adapting the “new” itinerary requests. Orientation meeting in Athens with Effie was terrific. She answered all our questions and provided detailed explanations of what we could expect. All hotels were very good. All transfers were timely and professional. Level of service on islands varied. Representatives at Mykonos and Santorini were excellent, offered great personal service and were really informative. Unfortunately this was not the case on Paros and Naxos where we simply handed an envelope with a tourist pamphlet.Show more

  Hotel upgrades were not as expected. Poor views at most and placed at the very back of the hotels or had terrible street views in STANDARD rooms. What did we pay extra for? The ONLY excursion planned with your company was changed from a cruise to a land tour without notifying us. We also paid for the faster ferries, however, the majority of our chosen seats were poorly placed in front of windowless walls or in crowded seats facing others and sharing their table which left no room or privacy. I ended up paying 168.00 euros to move to better seats in our 5.5 hr. return trip so we could be comfortable. Your hired rides were fine and the staff we did meet were very nice.Show more

Seats are automatically assigned by the ferry companies, we always ensure they’re together, but specific placement (window or aisle) can’t be guaranteed. Guests may upgrade seats directly if they prefer, as you did. Hotel upgrades were confirmed according to the package inclusions, and we’re sorry the views weren’t as you hoped. On the island of Paros, the tour guide was not very interested in looking after us and the hotel has not deserved a 4' star rating for a long time. The photos on the website are at least 10 years old. The hotel is very remote from the town and apart from breakfast there is nothing to eat on site until after 7pm and that is not to be recommended.
