Starting off in Athens the in hotel accommodation was very good but disappointing there was no pool. To then go to mykonos where I had requested accommodation in a different area which was unavailable, we were surprised that another property in the requested area had not been chosen. We were disappointed with the location given to us and the room standards rooms, however we enjoyed the views from the pool. We were grateful touradar gave us a hire car to get around in, however we couldn't get to where we wanted in a car. We told yannos and he said we should of messaged him, we didn't know we could do that. We suggest more followup and help in that case would of been appreciated. Paros, xcellent customer service in Bill at front desk. Hotel rooms dissapointing and out of the area down on beach where cafes and restaurants were, I'm not sure why it was selected for us. Santorini was great in all aspects we loved it. Our hotel there great and excellent customer service. We didn't use any of the tour radar guides advise after we were helped more by the hotel. The guide was however helpful in changing the tour, on a short visit a shorter day trip was more suited.
