  We had a great time! The organized tour in Santorini was interesting and away from tourist traps. The hotels were close to quiet beaches as requested. All transfers we always on time with clean vehicles and polite drivers. Thank you!Show more

  Considering our booking was not very far in advance overall it was good. Starting off in Athens the in hotel accommodation was very good but disappointing there was no pool. To then go to mykonos where I had requested accommodation in a different area which was unavailable, we were surprised that another property in the requested area had not been chosen. We were disappointed with the location given to us and the room standards rooms, however we enjoyed the views from the pool. We were grateful touradar gave us a hire car to get around in, however we couldn't get to where we wanted in a car. We told yannos and he said we should of messaged him, we didn't know we could do that. We suggest more followup and help in that case would of been appreciated. Paros, xcellent customer service in Bill at front desk. Hotel rooms dissapointing and out of the area down on beach where cafes and restaurants were, I'm not sure why it was selected for us. Santorini was great in all aspects we loved it. Our hotel there great and excellent customer service. We didn't use any of the tour radar guides advise after we were helped more by the hotel. The guide was however helpful in changing the tour, on a short visit a shorter day trip was more suited. Finally Athens, different rooms very comfortable, however no pool and shower not working properly plus coffee cup was dirty in our room.Show more

Please be so kind to note that the package you booked and paid for included standard accommodation in hotels in all destinations of your program; however, in order to make your experience the best possible, we upgraded your accommodation in all destinations except Mykonos island, where unfortunately there was no availability. Regarding the accommodation in Mykonos, the choice of hotel in Mykonos was made after your consent following our email sending you all the information regarding the suggested hotel. Unfortunately, as your reservation came in the last minute, and as Mykonos is a worldwide known destination and thus availabilities are extremely limited, we explained to you that in Platis Yialos on the dates you were to stay in Mykonos there was no room availability in any of the cooperating hotels. Hotel Pyrgaki in Paros is one of the best rated 4-star hotels in Parikia and our feedback from past guests have always been positive, this is the reason we chose it for our esteemed clientele. We value the comments from all our guests and appreciate your time for leaving us your opinion. We have informed all respective hotels of your comments, and we wish to apologize for the inconvenience that you may have experienced during your travels in Greece; we do hope that we will be able to make it up to you on your next trip to Greece!
