  This was our first trip to India and Joyful Holidays truly made it an amazing adventure! Our driver Rampal was an incredible trip companion and helped us feel safe throughout the many phases of our trip. We also appreciated all of our amazing guides and truly learned so much about both historical and present day India - special shout-out to Raj Kumar in Agra and Suresh in Jodhpur for making our tour extra special.   10 day trip for Rajhastan Traveller 33 years old male, alone. .Delhi .Agra .Jaipur .Jodhpur .Udaipur Pros: -Excellent driver (Puran). Perfect & safe driving, friendly and very helpful. -The car was spotlessly clean and I always had fresh water at my disposal. -All went as planned. -Sonia was available to provide different booking options for the hotels. -Sightseeing and private time well balanced. Included tours until 13.00-14.00 and then free time. -Guides were friendly as well and flexible allowing for private time and not pushy for shopping -Hotels were ok. Improvement suggestions: -email communication as well as tour radar chat ( Dont usually check tour radar) - Maybe include, toghether with the Hotel booking confirmation, 2 or 3 good restaurants / rooftops in ech city as it allows us to set a standard and save time looking -Guide / help on how to get an India Sim Card Overall: Great experience, definitly will recommend and this will be my first choice when I come back to India. Driver was a great help with good advices, polite and trustworthy. Thank you.Show more

  I found and contacted the Golden Triangle Tour of India on TripAdvisor. Given that they had only five days to cover Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, they responded very quickly and made very good suggestions. They offered everything they promised, the tour was great and everyone in our group loved travel and service. The driver was a good driver, very calm, efficient, knowledgeable and suggested a good restaurant.Show more

  Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of time at each monument without rushing and getting bored. Tickets were purchased for us so we didn't have to wait in line. The prepaid lunch was a delicious buffet, so I could choose whether it was spicy or not. We returned to the hotel on time. It was a long day, but it was comfortable enough to take a nap in the car. A great trip from start to finish with a real professional who is proud of his work!Show more

  We Just came back from the tour of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh with Joyful Holidays. We were collected from the airport and then began an excellent tour. Our chauffeur was always on time and went out of his way to accommodate whenever and where ever we wanted to go from or out of the schedule. We decided we wanted to visit the few temples. I found him and all our guides without any problems. An unforgettable experience. Kapoor is an excellent and safe driver. We are so glad that on many occasions that he was driving and not me given the chaotic nature of India's roads! We did the trip in great order. This ensured we got back to Delhi on time. Highlights of the tour was Ranthambhore Safaris. Taj Mahal ,Temples and many many more seen two tigers as well as seen many other animals like Leopard ,bear ,deers and so much more. Ranthambore is a great national park. Great guides were provided specially Delhi Agra Jaipur these three were best. We would not hesitate to recommend Sonia and Joyful Holidays and his team to anyone planning a trip to India and we will certainly use her for any future trips.Show more

  I visited to India and Rajasthan Taj mahal and Ranthambhore tour.I wanted to do more then just Golden Triangle tour. It was my first trip. I had a very positive experience and would recommend it to others. I got in touch with Sonia about three month before I arrived in India. Originally, I was going to go with another tour company, but something just didn't feel right about it, so I turned to Sonia Joyful Holidays, which had been a fantastic experience she also made me comfortable, as she was very professional, spoke excellent English, and asked more specific questions than other tour companies I encountered. I wanted to visit most famous cities of Rajasthan. So i took this tour and everything was fantastic for me. There are many highlights Taj Mahal ,Safaries Jaipur udaipur uncountable. All my guides and my chauffeur Mr Kapoor were very nice persons and an excellent facilitator who helped me tremendously. I am very pleased delightful, with Sonia's professionalism. I felt safe all the time as she was connected with me on whatapp all the time. Basically, if you want something, tell Sonia and she will get it done for you. She is very good at keeping the lines of communication open and checking in. This tour was more beautiful and well organised than it would have thought it was great to have peace of mind and let someone else take care of everything, and was significantly cheaper than many tour companies.   Our trip was wonderful from the beginning communications with Sonia to our driver Mukesh to our tour guides especially Parveen in New Delhi and Satish in Jaipur. The hotels were very nice and comfortable. Sonia met us in our hotel upon arrival in New Delhi to give us our itinerary and to go over any questions or concerns we had and was always only a message away. Our driver Mukesh was always there and on time and our tour guides are very knowledgeable, comical, took the best photos and made us feel very safe. I would recommend this tour company to anyone.Show more
