This company lies in their responses to reviews left. I can guarantee they did nothing to assist students who fell ill on the Croatia trip due to their sick staff member. Their staff were all out partying on a boat while sick students were left to fend for themselves. I received nothing but one text from their staff the entire weekend even after I reached out letting them know I was so sick I couldn’t make it to the hospital on my own. Three students in my room were all sick and received no support whatsoever so I have no idea where that immodium, Powerade, and crackers were but they certainly weren’t offered to us. All we got was an expensive trip to Croatia’s finest hospital and then masked and shoved in the back of a bus. The minute their staff member got sick they should have been removed from the bus and sent home. Nothing was done to prevent the spread of this whatsoever.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Smart Trip. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
