Hemendra crafted the well planned itinerary for us and he was always attentive and professional and highly responsive when ever we wanted to ask something either by email or by whatsapp. He customized this trip because first we wanted to see India and later Nepal because we were visiting few friends in New Delhi. He also asked hotel to offer a complimentary Birthday cake for my daughter's birthday. All of our guides who met during our tour were highly energetic and knowledgeable. Before taking this tour from Travelcon, we visited Bhutan,Egypt and Thailand after this tour of 14 Days of North India and Nepal, we also visited 3 more countries.Well I am not comparing Travelcon with other tour operator, I can vouch that they have provided me good services. During this tour,we had some issues but since we are experience traveller that we solved on our own.Issue ocurred at few Hotels but all hotels changed our room before informing to Hemender,the manager of Travelcon.Next day, Hemender asked us that all was good. Rest of things were all good.Our driver at Nepal and New Delhi had lot of patience.I am saying this because our flight from Nepal to New Delhi was delayed and both driver waited until we depart from Nepal and arrived at New Delhi.Kudos TravelconShow more

reading your customers review, there are some complains about quality of the hotels and trains. Can you provide more info about what kind of hotels we will be staying in and what kind of trains (and we really want to travel by train in India, my husband is train enthusiast!) but my husband is ~2M tall: if we use overnight sleep train, are cabins big enough and secure enough?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 22nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 22nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Travel Con. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Travel Con will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
