- Thomas· April 10th, 2023Overall, the four-day trip was very nice, so we can gladly recommend it. However, we would like to note a few negative things. It certainly makes sense to better inform the arriving guests who has what function. Who you give money without a receipt. That one must pay 45€ lump sum tip in advance to then nevertheless for each luggage carrier, driver, photographer extra what to put I hold for an impertinence particularly since one pays tip also in Egypt dependent on the quality of the service. Another annoyance from our point of view was the fact that my children instead of the booked cabin in the front ship, which was next to ours, got a cabin directly behind the diesel engine, obviously because an earlier arrived guest complained and got the cabin of my children. The cabin was noisy and the air conditioning did not work, a balcony was also not included. By the way, I would also recommend to give a more detailed description of the daily schedule to the guests.Show more
