  Everything went as expected. Good turist guides, good food, good transportation and good hotels. Our your coordinator Vy, was great and we really appreciate everything she did to make our experience unforgettable 👍🏽 I recommend you to upgrade your hotels to 4 or 5 starts, you will be able to see the difference 😊. Vietnam is a beautiful country with beautiful people that worths your visit!!Show more

  The tour company seemed very confused and disorganized in the itinerary. When it changed they neglected to tell me. Also, I do not like that we were brought to a 'tourist' restaurant full of European tourists and was VERY expensive (called 'Soul'). The city market was right next to us with countless eateries but you take us to an expensive tourist restaurant? They said the meal was free but lets be real. I PAID for that meal. I would prefer an authentic place that other Vietnamese eat at. NOT a tourist restaurant. Day tours were conducted by companies that are not affiliated with Bravo Indochina Tours. You could just as easily book everything yourself and save the money. Would I book with Bravo Indochina again? Probably not. I suggest you look for other companies.Show more

  I've recently concluded a truly incredible tour spanning Vietnam, and I'm still riding the wave of excitement, even though it's been a little over a week since my return. The guides, with Trinh being a standout, were absolutely exceptional, and their attentiveness made a world of difference. I cannot sing enough praises about the well-organized tours, superb accommodations, delectable food, and the incredible efforts put forth by the guides to ensure everything ran seamlessly. I'm already contemplating booking another vacation for next year, so it's time to start saving for another memorable adventure.   I took a 10 day tour with Indochina, going from Saigon to Hanoi. And, while short, the tour was structured in a way that I felt gave me a wonderful taste of the country. Everything was seamlessly coordinated from the moment I landed in Saigon. Ha continued to communicate with me throughout to ensure I had a good understanding of what was to come. The excursions were exceptional, including some private tours which were highly enjoyable. I also had some time to myself to explore some of the cities at my own pace. The hotels were well picked, and I had a good stay at each of them. Overall: when I look to return to Vietnam, I will be contacting Ha/Indochina once again. I trust them, and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for the wonderful trip!Show more

  The tour covered all the highlights advertised and drivers and guides were always punctual and the tour represented good value for money. I haven’t graded it excellent as communication waa always lead by me in terms of asking for pick- up times and hotel information the evening before. I woukd have liked the Compton be more prompt with this. Guides differed in terms of their level of English and depended of the local tour companies used in each location. If you want to see as much as possible on a good price then It was worth it. If you are solo, like I was, be prepared that you could be alone with one guide so if you are booking for company on the whole trip and not s combination then youShow more

  I was a little surprised at the start of my Tour; It was described as a "Group Tour", but instead of being with the same people for the whole trip, i was with different people every day & so was in some respects more like a solo trip, especially in the evenings ! However, generally speaking, everything was well organised & I was contacted every day to keep me updated on my itinerary, eg, what time i was being picked up the hotel & what I could expect during the day. I was always picked up on time & there was someone waiting for me on arrival at all 3 airports. I found it easy to contact my Tour Rep who was always available & returned my calls / messages very quickly indeed. There was plenty of time factored in to do your own thing, especially in the evenings. The hotels were superb, both in the service offered & their location, particularly those in Hanoi & Hoi An. There were also 2 internal flights during this tour, both of which were well timed, hassle free & enjoyable. Even though it was not exactly what i was expecting, I can say that it was really enjoyable & I would recommend it to anyone looking for a taste of what Vietnam has to offer, with the caveat that you may end up by yourself at times & sometimes it`s just you & the guide, which may suit some people more than others ! It`s difficult to explain Vietnam to those who haven`t been - you just need to go ! I`ve now been twice & would use Bravo Indochina Tours again, the whole package seemed to be very good value for money.Show more

We had to reach out each day to know exactly what was happening and pickup times. If they would be proactive and send out a daily itinerary, that would have made it perfect.Show more

  This is not a group tour you would expect. Every tour day I had different group and guides. So basically they would add me to other groups, which means I would have to every day introduce myself and do the same small talk repetitively. This is not an experience you expect, when you book a group tour. Also due to this arrangement, there were many moments I had to clarify/ask/double check constantly confirm myself from the support. Not a smooth ride, and caused quite some stress. I would not book with this agency again.Show more
