We do all the paper works including all the Tibet permits with your scanned copy of your passport and visa on arrival here at Chinese Embassy on your arrival.

  Yes, for now it is good enough sending a passport copy, but for visa we need your original passport for 3 complete working days, monday to friday. The latest you could be in kathmandu is before 10 am on 17 Dec. We also need 4 people minimum in a group, as Dec is off season not sure if we will have enough people for the date, if there are not enough people the tour will be postponed for the next saturday as per the group size.
