Namaste from Nepal. Thank you for your review. I understand your concerns regarding the conditions you encountered during your tour. From the outset, I had hoped that your experience would be smooth. However, it seems that the road conditions, particularly on the route from Chitwan to Lumbini, posed a significant challenge. It's worth noting that many other guests have also expressed similar concerns. The dusty and rough conditions were exacerbated by ongoing construction in the jungle area. As outlined in the itinerary, I provided you with a 2020 model sedan Swift Dzire, which is suitable for two people. Additionally, I arranged for competent guides: one fluent in English in Kathmandu, another specialized in guiding through Chitwan National Park, and a helpful local guide in Lumbini. Upon your request to avoid the return journey from Pokhara to Kathmandu by road, you opted for a flight, for which you covered the additional cost. Consequently, you missed the originally planned stay at the Bandipur hotel, but I arranged for an alternative night's accommodation at Aloft Kathmandu. It's important to note that regardless of the tour operator, the vehicle type and road conditions would likely have been similar. Your satisfaction with the driver's services, as evidenced by the generous tip 15k you provided in Pokhara in advance, reflects positively on our service quality. I understand that you booked through a third-party platform, which also takes a commission. Despite this, I made a modest profit from your tour, and as a gesture of goodwill, I am prepared to refund you 50% of this profit. While I regret that you were disappointed with the road conditions, I am pleased to hear that overall, the services provided, including accommodations, drivers, vehicles, and guides, met your expectations. Unfortunately, road conditions are beyond our control, but I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding
