The last accommodations in La Fortuna I was put into a barely adequate 2 star hotel. I camp outdoors frequently and have booked myself into 2 star hotels in the past, but the the brochure and website listed a 3star resort or similar. I paid for 3 stars but had to spend one night and 18 hours of back and forth texts before the matter was resolved and I was moved to the proper accommodations. I had to pay for my own transfer and have received no refund for the night or the taxi from this major inconvenience.Show more

  Please can I ask for the Multisport Through Volcanoes & Rivers option is there a way to just change the last transfer to Manuel Antonio instead of San Jose so we could extend our stay there? If this is an additional cost, please can you advise how much this would be? Similarly, if we went with the other option you've shared and add an extended stay in Manuel Antonio (so book our own hotel for additional nights) could we still pick up a later transfer back to San Jose on a later date (likely 4 days after)?

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Destination Services Costa Rica. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
