From the beautiful architecture in Belgrade to the historic church’s with fresco paintings from over 500 years ago to the ski slopes by the border of Montenegro. Slobodan was an excellent tour guide and Zorica helped plan the whole trip from A to Z and was also excellent. Overall, the hotel choices and breakfast were also 5 ⭐️! Slobodan gave a really nice overview from all aspects of Serbia. Excellent tour guide. Hyatt Belgrade, Hotel Palisad in Zlatibor with all the meals included were also all around excellent. Zorica helped the planning from Serbia Tour Operator DMC and was very helpful. I highly recommend this tour.Show more

Mainly, due to my experience with TourRadar and Serbia Tour Operator which helped me plan my trip to Serbia from A to Z. Let me tell you guys my experience with TourRadar and Serbia Tour Operator. Travel consultancy: • TourRadar are accessible 24/7. This allowed me to be able to contact them at any time I needed. • Communication with TourRadar was very easy as everyone was able to communicate effectively in English. • Everyone working at TourRadar and Serbian Tour Operator were very well experienced and were willing to help solve any problems I faced. • Special thanks to the travel consultant from Serbia Tour Operator who was in charge of my journey. She was more than perfect. Zorica Kračković made sure that all my expectations were met. She was very easy to communicate with through WhatsApp and E-mail. I loved that she was very flexible and tended to my needs even when I needed extra help outside the program. Choices made by Serbia Tour Operator: • They offer many different packages according to the desired trip or adventure. • The choice of accommodation was perfect. I had a comfortable stay to recharge after a long exhausting day. • They have many different plans and even personal tours that people can go on. Pick up and drop off: • The pick up and drop off to and from the airport with Serbia Tour Opperator's cars was very organised. • Even though the journey was pre-set, changing the plans wasn't a problem. They were very flexible and were even able to provide me with extra support outside the program. Payment method: • In terms of paying, they had a very secure and easy system to use. Tour guide choice: • Regarding Serbia Tour Operator, I was lucky to explore the country with wonderful tour guides. • I only faced one issue with the Belgrade tour guide. There was no chemistry between me and him, it felt more like I was his student and he expected me to know everything about Belgrade. I was a bit disappointed from this part. • Although my tour in Belgrade was not the best, I still felt like the overall tours in Serbia was a success by 90%. Thanks to the names I will mention below: 1) Hristina Karanovic, who made sure all my questions were well answered, was totally lovely. I got along with her very quickly and it soon turned into a friendship by the end of the tour. We had very nice conversations about Serbia and Egypt which helped break the ice while walking through Skadarlija. 2) Dragana Breberina, my travel companion. She was accompanied by Luca, one of the most friendly companions I've ever met. Dragana impressed me with her skills and knowledge. It is sometimes hard to grab a teacher’s attention, but with her it was very natural and she made me listen to her carefully. She was a wonderful representation to all tour guides in Serbia. 3)I got the chance to go on two tours with Bojan Gavrilović. We visited the Danube River as well as Novi Sad. He was a very decent guy and was quite helpful throughout the whole tours. I enjoyed his spirit which made me adore my time there. 4)Miloš Gavrilović made me enjoy two of the best days of my life and I thank him for that. Not only was he an amazing tour guide but he was also a very skilled driver. When were were driving up the Zlatibor Mountain it was a very scary experience but thanks to his driving skills he made the journey less frightening. Miloš was definitely one of the tour guides that left a mark on me and I will always remember his tours. My only suggestion for Serbia Tour Operator would be for the timing of the trips to be sent earlier. I knew the activities and the places I would be visiting each day but I would’ve preferred also knowing the exact time we will be leaving for each tour. It would also be nice if the company can provide a little note on items of clothes that is preferable to bring along. Even though travelers may have done their research about the country, it feels more reassuring if recommendation of choice of clothes is provided. Overall, I strongly recommend operating with TourRadar if you ever wish to book any journey or adventure to any country around the world, and I would highly recommend Serbia Tour Operator if you ever decide to visit Serbia. There were some miscommunications with the Operator & the tour is actually 6 days of touring plus checkin first day. If you are a non-smoker or have health issues, note this when booking, as it will effect your stay & note this with the guide to be sure. Smoking is common in hotel foyers & eateries. Very steep climb to caves on the Uvac canyon boat ride. The vehicle used will depend on group numbers, i was expecting a bus & we went by car, but this turned out to be beneficial. With all this in mind, I would definitely recommend doing this tour.Show more
