I got your request of the package "Amazing Vietnam Super Save Package In 10 Days". I want to clarify that during this package, you will join the group tours in Vietnam (group size may be 12-16 people). The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning till the end. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have a group tour for excursion at each place, for airport pick up and accommodation are private. It's based on the English-speaking guide. I would also like to point out that, in addition to the Upfront Payment that you are required to pay through Tourradar before the tour, there is also a Local Payment required for this tour. The local payment covers airfares during the trip, the English-speaking guide fee, and some other local fees for a wholesome experience which you pay us directly by credit card or cash on the first day.

If there are 3 or possibly 4 of us travelling together, do we have share a room, or have separate rooms?

For groups of 3 or 4, we can be flexible to your needs; a group of 3 could have one triple room or one double room plus one single room; for a group of 4, it could be one family room or two double rooms, depending on hotel availability.

Day 6 in Hoi An cycling tour: Could you please provide a bit more detail regarding the distance and expected duration of this bike ride? If the cycling portion is quite long or lasts for several hours, I would like to explore the possibility of bypassing the ride or opting for an alternative mode of transport to reach the village. If a bypass is necessary, would it be possible to meet the group at the Eco-Village via a taxi or vehicle transfer so that I can still participate in the bamboo basket boat paddling, fishing activities, and the group lunch?

How much is the extra charge for baggage on the internal flights.

During this Surprising Vietnam In 10 Days tour, you will join the group tours in Vietnam (group size maybe 12-16 people). The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning till the end. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have different groups for excursion at each place, but airport pick up/transfer and accommodation are private, just join a group on days you have a tour. For your request, I only know when we process the domestic flight tickets, I will update you later. But note that our package included 20kg checked luggage + 7kg carry-on luggage per person. You should avoid the period from 1st - 11th February 2027 because it's the Lunar New Year - the biggest holiday of Vietnamese people, many businesses and services may be closed or have limited opening hours, crowd in some destinations, and you have to pay Public holiday surcharge or Compulsory Gala Dinner (if any), which are NOT included in our package.

Could you please let us know if E-bikes are available for hire on this cycling adventure, or if it will be on regular bikes only? Can you also provide more details on where the cycling will be and the distance and difficulty of the ride?

You will take a short cycling trip on day 2 (day trip to Ninh Binh) and on day 9 (day trip to Mekong Delta) at easy level around 30 - 45 mins. Unfortunately, we can't provide E-bikes for this cycling trip. If you don't want to join, you can rest and wait for the group.

Everywhere we went felt very safe (global standard) and clean/orderly (Developing World standard). Long Pham of Realistic Asia took very good care of us and ensured that the whole experience went without any snag. He was very responsive and answers quickly on WhatsApp, day or night. We had him adjust pick up times and it was done without problem. The individual tour guides were very accommodating and made sure each tourist's needs are met. We added one free day at HCMC at the end of the tour which we used to explore the city. My only regret is that we should have added one in Hanoi before the start of the tour. This is a great value tour especially for those who have never visited Vietnam.Show more

Realistic Asia was the tour operator in Vietnam. The daily group size was always less than 10. Our main contact from the time we booked was Chris. He made himself accessible and we had the feeling he was available to support us at all times. We met him in Hanoi upon arrival and then he communicated with us using WhatsApp after that. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have a group tour for excursion at each place, for airport pick up and accommodation are private. It's based on the English-speaking guide.
  
  I would also like to point out that, in addition to the Upfront Payment that you are required to pay through Tourradar before the tour, there is also a Local Payment required for this tour.

Day 6 in Hoi An cycling tour: Could you please provide a bit more detail regarding the distance and expected duration of this bike ride? If the cycling portion is quite long or lasts for several hours, I would like to explore the possibility of bypassing the ride or opting for an alternative mode of transport to reach the village. If a bypass is necessary, would it be possible to meet the group at the Eco-Village via a taxi or vehicle transfer so that I can still participate in the bamboo basket boat paddling, fishing activities, and the group lunch?

  For your request, I only know when we process the domestic flight tickets, I will update you later. But note that our package included 20kg checked luggage + 7kg carry-on luggage per person.
  
  You should avoid the period from 1st - 11th February 2027 because it's the Lunar New Year - the biggest holiday of Vietnamese people, many businesses and services may be closed or have limited opening hours, crowd in some destinations, and you have to pay Public holiday surcharge or Compulsory Gala Dinner (if any), which are NOT included in our package.

Could you please let us know if E-bikes are available for hire on this cycling adventure, or if it will be on regular bikes only? Can you also provide more details on where the cycling will be and the distance and difficulty of the ride?

  Unfortunately we aren't able to come earlier - how impacted will we be if we come that week ... enough that we have can't see some of the locations?? Perhaps if it is really bad we might have to cancel and not come ... what do you recommend?

From February 17th to 19th or 20th, you will see that many shops and restaurants will be closed for the holiday or people returning home, so there will be fewer options for sightseeing or experiencing local life compared to normal days. 2. On day 6, this tour won't operate. You can change to a private tour for an extra cost or leave it free by reducing the price by US$25 per person.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 4th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 4th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Realistic Asia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
