In any case, if you find a better flight price arriving at IGU, I would recommend booking it and paying a little extra fee to have the transfer from it! We were told a price but the group had no payment link for us to use. Each day they told us the price was going up because of the tickets and still not payment link was available until the price tripled. Then all of a sudden after my calling there was a link. Too little too late. We were told we were getting a 4 or 5 star hotel but the hotel didn’t even offer coffee service in the rooms or lobby unless the restaurant was open and then you paid extra for it. The whole thing I would recommend people book themselves with a local guide rather than having two extra middlemen involved in the process.Show more

It took over an hour to communicate that our driver was at the wrong airport (over an hour away). We ended up taking a taxi to the Park Hyatt. This was an amazing tour. I was picked up and dropped off at the airport. The hotel that was booked (Mercure) was really good. It had a nice jungle setting. The pool and hot tub were pleasant as it had a bar. The food and stuff were just as nice. The first day of the tour was on the Brazilian side. Our guide, Carlos, was kool. We were lucky and he took care of the immigration stuff. After a short ride, we got to the falls. To say that I was in awe is an understatement. Although the Brazilian side tour was a little short; just a 2 hour-ish walking tour, I would have liked some more time to just stroll. The next day was the Argentine side of the falls. It was another 2 hour-ish stroll. The views were impressive. We were able to see some wildlife. After seeing the falls from multiple viewpoints, we had lunch. Watch out for the monkeys. After that it was the boat ride. It was the most insane experience. They took us up mad close to the falls. We got drenched, but they gave us a bag to put our cameras and other things you didn't want to get wet in. You can get a poncho, but it'll only help to a certain degree. Walk with a gopro or a waterproof case for your phone. We couldn't do the train ride or walk in the middle of the falls because a few weeks prior, there was a massive flooding event and it took out pieces of the walkway and track. All things considered, it was a great tour. I would definitely do it again.Show more

Luggage allowance is a carry-on of 8 kg per person. A checked bag is not included. Brazil requires a visa for citizens from the US, Australia & Canada. So, if your nationality is one of the indicated, you will need to request a Visa to be able to visit Brazilian falls. In case you do not want to request a Visa, we can customize the tour and change the excursion to the Brazilian side to another one on the Argentine side, or just discount the cost of the excursion to the Brazilian side. Yes, the boat tour can be included during the visit to the Argentine side of the falls. It takes around an hour.
