The actual tour its self was fine. The way it was marketed and set up not so much. It felt like a bait and switch from the minute we said we wanted to book. We were told a price but the group had no payment link for us to use. Each day they told us the price was going up because of the tickets and still not payment link was available until the price tripled. Then all of a sudden after my calling there was a link. Too little too late. We were told we were getting a 4 or 5 star hotel but the hotel didn’t even offer coffee service in the rooms or lobby unless the restaurant was open and then you paid extra for it. The whole thing I would recommend people book themselves with a local guide rather than having two extra middlemen involved in the process.Show more

Our Trip was fantastic except for the fact that when we returned to Buenos Aires AEP airport our driver was at EZE airport. It took over an hour to communicate that our driver was at the wrong airport (over an hour away). We ended up taking a taxi to the Park Hyatt. Was informed by Signature Travel that Marilda would take care of a refund for our inconvenience but only received a bottle of wine in our room. This did not cover our cost and inconvenience.Show more

  We take care of the transportation for the border crossing, so there is no need to worry. It usually takes about one hour, and our driver will accompany you throughout the entire process.
  The tour to the Brazilian side is scheduled for day one. You will arrive before 11:00 a.m., and our driver will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. Then, early in the afternoon, we will pick you up to begin the tour of the Brazilian side of the Falls.
  After the tour, our team will drop you off at your hotel, either on the Brazilian or Argentine side, depending on the option you selected during your booking.
