- Is it possible to organise a private tour?

- Do we have to wear certain clothing on the tour?
Whilst on the tour you can dress as you normally do while exploring most attractions in the big cities and while you are at your hotels. However, when visiting religious monuments (even in the big cities), both ladies and men are required to keep their legs and shoulders covered. In smaller towns and rural areas, ladies may want to wear a shawl or scarf that covers their upper torso too.
- What is the age range of the travellers on the tour?
The age range of the travellers can vary depending on the tour and it can be between 5 - 85 years of age. However, if you have children younger than 5 travelling with you please contact our team of Travel Experts for further information.
- Is there a hotel list?
The hotels on the tour can vary depending on the departure date and the standard of hotels chosen. When you receive your finalised travel documents you will be provided with a list of all the hotels you will be staying in on your tour.
- I am a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?
If you are a solo traveller there is not an option to share a room with another solo traveller so the single supplement is mandatory to ensure you have the privacy of your own room.

- Payment information
- For any tour departing before 14 February 2020 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after 14 February 2020, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with MTA Destination Experts. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and MTA Destination Experts will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for MTA Destination Experts tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
