Are the bikes electric and are they sized to suit the height of the rider?

The included bike will be a 21 gear Merida or B'TWIN mountain bike with front suspension and will be the correct frame size for your height. A water bottle holder and 2.5 litre handlebar bag is included as well as the facility to fit your own pedals or saddle if you wish to bring them. We do also offer e-bikes however they are on a request basis and are an additional cost.

Can I choose meals freely if some meals are included? I have intolerances for dairy and wheat products. Are there options to avoid these during the trip?

Meals included: 8 Breakfasts and 4 dinners. We can cater your diet in the meals provided.

I was wondering what time the shuttle would go to the airport on the last day?

On this tour there is no strict ending time so we provide a departure transfer according to your flight times. The airport is approximately 30 minutes from the ending hotel and the tour leader will advise you the previous day of what time to be ready.

All aspects of the trip were so superior, it's hard to know what to put first, The route offered varied scenery and an opportunity to experience the area in a deeper way that is not possible from a vehicle on main roads. The daily rides were hard enough to be satisfying but not exhausting. The guide was outstanding in tending to everyone's specific needs and was extremely knowledgeable about the history past and present. The side trips were well chosen. The lodging was varied but always good. And the food at the dinners offered a fine sample of classic dishes.Show more
