    Can you please let us know if this trip is guaranteed or if a minimum number of passengers is needed? Is there anything to consider before booking? Can a transfer to the hotel and on the last day to the airport be arranged?

      There are no minimum travelers required in order for this trip to run. Based on the date you are interested in 11APR2025 we already have 2 travelers booked so we will defiantly be running. Additional services like airport transportation and additional pre/post accommodations can be arrange at an additional cost. Aside from the international flight and insurance we take care of everything for you.

      Can you give us an indication of the costs for the transfer to the hotel and to the airport on the last day? We would need leave on the 20th relatively early, in order to be at the airport around 8am.

    We're interested in booking the 10 day Sumatra Discovery tour in May but wondered whether there's a possibility of adding on a short additional tour out of Medan either before or after the main tour starts. Do you have any suggestions?

      While we're unable to assist with organizing additional day tours out of Medan, you're welcome to arrange these independently. However, please note that during the Sumatra Adventure trip itself, there likely won't be sufficient time to include a day trip due to the tour's itinerary and schedule. Therefore, to explore additional tours, we recommend planning them either by arriving in Medan earlier than your trip's start date or staying on after your trip concludes.

    I would like you to design and organize a trip for January 2025 to Sumatra, including destinations such as Mentawai Island, Bukittinggi, and the Aral Valley. Please create an itinerary where I can stay for several days in the same location, rather than moving from place to place every day. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
