  All in all, we had a great time. We were able to see amazing sites, the drivers were very good all-in-all, however, the hotel was two stars at best. In addition, we never received an itinerary. Yes, when we booked the tour, we could see what sites we would be seeing on each day. Unfortunately, an itinerary breaking down how the days would play out so we could better plan our evenings, etc. We would not find out when we were being picked up each morning until the driver dropped us off each evening. Again, good tour, good people but having an informative itinerary would do wonders. In closing, my friend and I thought it was just having this experience until more people joined out group on subsequent days. That when we found out they had the same complaints.Show more

  Despite that all tour details are listed on the booking site - in details - but we will make sure to re-send this information to our client emails , and all hotels that we use are 3+ stars hotels as ranked by the ministry of tourism in Jordan, and we are looking always for best possible accommodation, better hotels are located away from city center and services, and clients complained about being far away from services areas.

  There is not much I can after reading previous reviews, you must experience the warmth, knowledge and humor yourself. I consider myself privileged to have been able to take part, smashed stereotypes I did even know I had had and left me wanting to know more. This is due to this company begin small and taking care of every detail, nothing is too much and they are very flexible. I was homesick for Jordan for days after arriving back home and that is due the whole experience.. Petra is amazing but Wadi Rum is just .. well no words and for those that know me will know that is quite amazingShow more

  My family and I, which includes two teenage daughters, spent 7 days in Jordan with Jihad as our driver/tour guide - and it was the experience of a lifetime! Jihad was very flexible to accommodate our desired schedule. Because we wanted to visit ‘Petra by Night’ only offered 3 days/week, and we wanted to stay in the Martian Dome tents at Wadi Rum which had very limited availability, we requested a non-standard itinerary - and this was no problem. Jihad was simply amazing… taking us to Umm Qays, Ajlun Castle, Jerash Castle, Roman Amphitheater, Citadel, Little Petra, the Monastery and Treasury at Petra, the Canyon Trail at Petra, Shobak Castle, Dana Reserve, Dead Sea, Jesus Baptismal Site, Madaba (mosaics), Mount Nebu, and finally to Wadi Rum. Despite the fact our trip took place during Ramadan, our guide was sensitive to our eating needs and knew where to take us for food and snacks during the day. Jihad welcomed questions, and we asked a lot - from religion, local customs and family life to history, politics and site information. We were happy to introduce Jihad to the app Shazam, enjoying some of the local music. We highly recommend Jordan Private Tours and Travel, and specifically Jihad!   A fantastic trip in an amazing country! We had a great experience with Jordan Private Tours. Whilst booking the trip, Eman was extremely helpful, tailoring the itinerary to meet our requirements, with quick and clear communications. Our driver, Qutaibah was brilliant, providing good information and tips to make the most of each visit, being flexible with slight adjustments to the itinerary, helpful in finding places to eat, taking care of us. We visited so many wonderful places in 5 days - you need to be ready for quite an intense trip! Make your itinerary slightly less packed if you prefer a slower pace! There is so much to see: Roman ruins are very impressive (Amman, Umm Qais, Jerash), mosaics in Madaba, Dead Sea swimming, Little Petra, Petra, Wadi Rum desert and Bedouin camp - all wonderful. And the people are very welcoming.Show more
