  We had a short 4 day tailormade hiking trip to region around Kathmandu with Swotah travel. We were 3 people, couple with 21 years old daughter It was one of the most memorable trips we had , not in the least due to the seamless and smooth organization of our whole itinerary by Ajay and his dedicated team at Swotah travel company at a very reasonable price. Right from the initial contact, planning the itinerary to executing it, the process was seamless and comfortable. The team stuck to the time by the dot, Ajay always stayed in touch on WhatsApp before and during the tour , answered all our questions Couple of special things to mention : We were not aware that we were going to do a hiking circuit for 3 days and supposed to carry all our stuff in backpacks and hence we brought suitcases with us. But the company mended this miscommunication by providing us with their own backpacks and keeping our stuff securely in their office On the last day of our hike, we were quite tired and didn't want to do the planned half day trek Again, without any hiccups, Ajay managed to change our itinerary so that we only did less than half of the hike and then the company car came and picked us up at a point in the hike to take us to the final point ....I was really astonished by their commitment to keep the customer first (no extra charge was levied for this ) The staff including our guide and driver were extremely polite and courteous We can't thank Ajay and his team for having made our trip so comfortable and safe and we cannot wait to go with them again to view a different part of NepalShow more
