    Hi Julie Thanks for your comments regarding the instructions, we will check and, if necessary, add any further information to make them clearer. Regarding the group, as you say, this is a self guided tour; as I explained, it is designed as a self discovery journey to make you feel in contact with yourself and with Nature. We include the transportation of 1 suitcase, so you only were charged for the 2 additional pieces you brought, not for all the transportation, at half the cost. We are really sorry this tour was not really what you were expecting, we tried our best for you to enjoy it. Had we known this is not what you were looking for, would have advised you to try another one; despiste most part of our tours are "Uncommon" and carefully curated and designed to be run in private, we also have group packages.   • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before March 27th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 27th, 2026, a minimum payment of $100 is required to confirm your booking with Uncommon Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 20 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Uncommon Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Uncommon Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
