  This one week tour of Kerala covered all the highlights of this beautiful state. The driver was very experienced and personable and the accommodation was mostly excellent. The standard of houseboat could be improved and I would suggest anyone thinking of booking this itinerary to check if an upgrade of houseboat is possible. I also didn't realise that I would be travelling on my own - just myself and the driver. I thought it was a small group tour.Show more

  I had a wonderful experience traveling through Kerala, India with K K Holidays N Vacation. I spent one week exploring the region with my driver, Mr. Basheer, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The itinerary was very well planned, and I was able to see all the major highlights of Kerala without feeling rushed. Mr. Basheer spoke very good English and explained a lot about the local culture, traditions, and the beautiful landscapes along the way. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip, which was very important to me. I can highly recommend this tour and the company to anyone planning to visit Kerala. It was a truly memorable experience.Show more

  Absolute rip. There was only myself & my friend on this 'tour'. We simply jumped in the back of a car with a driver...
  Absolute rip. There was only myself & my friend on this 'tour'. We simply jumped in the back of a car with a driver who could barely speak English and got dropped different places for 7 days. While his driving was excellent, he really struggled to communicate with us and this meant we had nothing explained to us. So we learnt nothing. It certainly wasn't a 'guided tour'. This was very disappointing. While Kerala was beautiful to look at, I have no idea what I was looking at. One day we didn't get fed until dinner because the plans for the day didn't include a stop for lunch. But we didn't know that. We could've bought snacks at least, but our driver couldn't communicate this with us. Also, I want to know where all my money went!!! Those hotels couldn't have been more than $50 a night. And every single activity that was part of our itinerary, we still had to pay for when we got there?? And I know for a fact that those drivers don't get paid well. I was so angry and I feel robbed. 'Elephant safari' was riding an elephant, and we don't support that. There was also a 'spot a tiger on safari' advertised as part of the itinerary ... it was literally a boat full of 100 people puttering through a river super slowly, spotting deer & pigs & other unexciting animals that we had seen on the streets of Delhi hahaha. It was almost embarrassing. That was the day that we hadn't been fed, so we would've rathered go eat but we couldn't have that conversation with our driver. The trip to the zoo was very sad. They don't look after the animals well. Pretty sure they get beaten. There were many times when there was no water in their cages. The tigers looked distressed. I understand that the zoo would not be the same standard of Australia, however if I was able to communicate properly with the driver, he could've told us the poor standard & I could've made an informed decision not to support it. We absolutely loved the houseboat stay, however. If we didn't have that houseboat I would've considered flying home early. The food on the boat was very impressive. No one was looking after us or checking in with us how we were going. I was texted an 'incase of emergency' number. I am pretty sure there is someone who I never met who organized my 'tour', and he is sitting comfortably in his office & enjoying all my money right now.Show more

  KK Holidays organized a tour from Kochin/Kerala/Kochin and as usual they were brilliant. They also arranged for a driver to take us from Chennai to Pondicherry. We have used them before as we know they book the best hotels, use the best and reliable drivers and nothing is too much trouble for them. Again, we were absolutely delighted with them and always recommend them to our friends.Show more
