If space is available, you will be booked and confirmed on the tour, if space is not available, then we can look at alternative tours/dates, or Tour Radar will issue a full refund if nothing else works for you. We recommend holding off on booking flights until the trip is confirmed, as most airlines have steep cancellation/change penalties. Once the request process has begun, should you decide to cancel or stop the request process, standard cancellation fees will apply should services be already confirmed under your name.

We can book up to 5 nights either side of the tour at our accommodation. In Buenos Aires, it's $90 AUD per night, and after the tour in Rio, it's $130 per night for the room.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
