  They were good with keeping in contact but u thought the accommodation was not good value for money compared to what...
  They were good with keeping in contact but u thought the accommodation was not good value for money compared to what I had booked myself through booking.com. Also the staff member from Tour radar in Queensland was extremely helpful and made enquiries about small group tours. None of the tours booked through Euroadventures was a small group tour. The first walking tour had about 25 people, the second tour had 56 people and the third tour had around 24 people with each guide. The last tour was booked as half day tour and was only for 3.5 hours. I asked for a partial refund and they came back to me saying the tour was 4 hours long according to the company they used so no refund. The tour I was on was 5 hours long according to the details but everyone else did a walking for 1.5 hours before they met up with me. So everyone else had a 5 hour tour except me. The instructions to find the accommodation were not sufficient for me to find the studio and I was very stressed. I have checked with guide in the last tour about how long I was with them, but apart from asking if I was unhappy with her (which I was not) then she never replied back. I intend to go back to her again with the same request. I think I would not use your radar again as everything is outsourced to someone else down the line and nobody accepts responsibilityShow more

  Thanks for taking the time to review your trip and experience. Please note that standard tour size ranges between 15-25 people per guide and especially during peak season when you booked (beginning of September). And the tour of Trogir on the final day was as booked and advertised as you had approx. 3.5 hours between the 1 hour guided tour and 90 minutes of free time after. The extra time mentioned in the tour description is including transportation to/from Split. On that day there was next to no traffic so instead of taking the maximum 45-60 minutes each way by bus it only took around 25 minutes. The bus left at 11am and you were back to Split around 2:40pm so you had from approx. 11:30am until just after 2pm in Trogir (3.5 hours). And that is correct that people from a Split walking tour were part of the trip as they had the walking tour before but that is a separate package and the Split tour time isn't accounted as part of the Trogir tour. As your accommodations were in the heart of Split's old town, the streets are very narrow with many small alleyways and dead ends so we understand that it isn't as easy as in a large modern city with accommodations located on wide, well marked streets. The information provided had a detailed map and step by step route, address, contact, etc. but we're sorry to hear you had difficulty following that and finding the accommodations initially. We had requested that you message us 30-45 minutes before your arrival to Split so we could inform the accommodations, and have them ready to be waiting and welcome you but you only messaged us when you were there and couldn't find the accommodations. After that, we put you in contact and you checked into your room within a few minutes.

  Did the Croatia weekend and it was really fun and the destinations were beautiful. We stayed in a nice little apartment in the center of Split (which is a really cool city and old town), and on Friday had a tour of the city, then went white water rafting and did a pub crawl at night. Saturday we did their optional all day cruise, had lunch included, swam in the Blue Lagoon and it was really fun and turned into quite the party. Sunday we went to the Krka waterfalls and swam there (water was a bit chilly) and it was so beautiful. We then rode back to Rome on Sunday (it's a long ride). Overall a great weekend.Show more
