First of all, the hotels were told and given to you before you booked the tour as it was in the deal/package that you have booked and the same hotels/services were delivered to you on the tour. Secondly, you asked to change the hotel at 8:00 pm at night and it was not possible to change the hotel for whole group as it was not small group at night. Third, we did our best to you and changed your hotel even at night and paid for both hotels and you were happy with the new hotel and i am surprised to the review here as we had delivered more for you !
