The Northern Coast Mountains is a sightseeing tour only, so except for short walks there is no actual hiking happening. Also, he can decide to skip the walks of course. The transport of the wheelchair is not a problem and as long as your client is able to get in and out of the bus by himself, the tour won`t be a problem. Not all of our tour hotels do have an elevator though, but we can try to request lower floors for him - but please note that this is nothing we can guarantee as it depends on the room availablity of the hotels.

Can you recommend anything easy to do either before or after to turn the tour into 2 weeks on the ground?

    • Ruby Range AdventureOperatorWritten July 2022

I would suggest our full Best of Yukon & Alaska Tour in this case which is 2 weeks. The Northern Coast Mtns. Tour is basically the 2nd leg of this trip and only 1 week. The Full Best of Yukon & Alaska Tour runs Sept. 3rd - 17th, 2022.
