    Coming from our fantastic Galapagos Trip and want to give you some Feedback. Transfers at day one were perfect and all the Guides did a good job. Day 2, the Flamingo Lagoon was not a good choice. We saw a dirty water lake with 2 Flamingos in it. The los Tuneles Snorkling Tour at day 2 was amazing. The Guide was fantastic and shows us a lot. Special service without a fee were the underwater pictures. Great! Day 3 - Transfer from Isabella to Santa Cruz was horrible. The boat was overcrowded and we get totally wet. 2,5 hours terrible boat trip. Charles Darwin Tour was fantastic and the guide Caesar amazing. He knows so much about Galapagos, because he is a native, and taught us a lot. Great guy! Boots Tour in the afternoon was a cheekiness. The guide was unfriendly and lazy. He only said „Get out your Cell Phones and make a Foto“. No explanations, nothing. Lot‘s of senseless waiting, because he didn't have the group under control. We would recommend not to book him again. Day 4 Pinzon Fishing Tour made us speechless. Best finish on this trip. The guide was amazing as well as the boat crew. Day 5 Transfers to the airport were perfectly arranged. Also to note: Would be helpful to ask about food allergies at the beginning of the trip!

    The tour was very good and met the expectations. Some points, however, can be improved: 1. when moving from Isabela to Santa Cruz, the coffee break should be offered upon arrival in Santa Cruz, as the one offered by the hostel in Isabela was insufficient; 2. the tour to the flamingos lagoon could have been done together with the visitation to the research center in the morning, due their proximity; 3. the guide service on the tour (snorkeling) near Puerto Ayora was not good. It seems that she was more interested in taking her own photos with the turtles than to give support to the tourists.

    My trip to the Galapagos Islands was amazing! I was traveling with my boyfriend and everything went very smoothly. We were greeted at the airport and traveled to our hotel just according to plan. La Laguna on Isabela Island was a great hotel, with very friendly staff members and a great chef who cooked us delicious meals for dinner. It was so much fun to snorkel most of the days we were there. We saw incredible animals and beautiful views! I would like to thank Rebecca Adventure Travel for making my birthday trip so special! I got the chance to meet Rebecca and she was so cool and nice! I didn't mention it was my birthday when I booked the trip, but it came up during our conversation when I met Rebecca on my trip and she was so sweet! She left me a hand-written card, along with chocolate and champagne for my birthday! If I visit South America again, I would definitely book my tour through Rebecca Adventure Travel!
