At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant transportation experience between Phnom Penh and Luang Prabang. Your description of the delays, vehicle conditions, multiple unscheduled stops, and especially the unsafe driving concerns is very troubling to hear. This certainly does not reflect the level of comfort and professionalism we aim to provide to our guests. Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously and will review this matter carefully with the transportation provider involved to better understand what happened and to help prevent similar situations in the future.
