My daughter and I would like to participate in your Vietnam company's travel project. Because my daughter and I have Chinese passports, we need a visa to enter Vietnam, so I would like to ask: Can you give some help so that we can get a Vietnam travel visa smoothly?

  My passport DOMINICA is not eligible for E visa but I understand that Travel tour company can arrange. Please let me know when Pre approval letter service will start. Is there any other way to get tourist entry?

  Travel agencies in Vietnam are unable to provide that service due to our government. I do not think it is possible this year. The only way for you is to apply at Vietnam Embassy/ Consultant at your location.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Hoi An Express. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Hoi An Express will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
