Dear Ana Rita, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you had an amazing time exploring Namibia and that Lukas and Shaun helped make your journey special. It was a pleasure having you travel with us, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. We hope to welcome you back to Africa again soon!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the trip and its many memorable highlights. We appreciate your feedback regarding the coordination between operators and will continue working with our local partners to ensure smoother communication and arrangements for our guests.

Dear Carmen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate all reviews, as they help us improve our services. After carefully reviewing your booking, we would like to clarify that no additional charges were requested during your reservation. The only additional cost discussed related to the scenic flight, which was not included in your original itinerary. This option only became necessary after Air Botswana rescheduled your scheduled commercial flight due to overbooking, a situation that was entirely beyond our control. As a tour operator, we must work within the airline's policies and are unable to override their operational decisions. To help minimize the inconvenience and ensure your itinerary could continue as planned, we offered the scenic flight as an optional alternative and, as a gesture of goodwill, shared part of the additional cost with you. We also made every effort to keep you informed throughout your journey. Important information, including your pickup instructions and travel updates, was shared with you on several occasions via your mobile number, and we received confirmation that the messages had been successfully received. While we respect your right to share your experience, we kindly ask that the review reflects the circumstances accurately. We remain committed to transparent communication and providing the best possible service, even when faced with unforeseen situations outside our control. We sincerely regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Dear Pat Monks's Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that certain aspects of the trip did not meet your expectations. As with many multi-day tours, itineraries may occasionally require adjustments based on the latest operational information, supplier updates, or local conditions to ensure the trip runs as smoothly as possible. Any changes made are always intended to provide the best possible travel experience under the circumstances. We appreciate that itinerary changes and communication can sometimes be challenging, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Your comments have been shared with our team and local partners as part of our ongoing commitment to improving our coordination and guest experience. Thank you once again for your feedback, and we wish you many enjoyable travels ahead. Kind regards, Across Africa Tours & Travel
