Rather than canceling your departure, we upgraded the experience by operating it privately at no extra cost so that your travel plans would not be disrupted. We are also surprised by your comments regarding the overall experience, as during the tour you expressed your enjoyment of both the itinerary and your guide. We have copies of your messages exchanged with the guide throughout the trip, which reflected positive feedback and appreciation for the services provided. We always welcome constructive feedback, as it helps us improve our services. However, we believe this review does not accurately reflect the experience that was delivered or the additional efforts made by our team to accommodate your booking and ensure your tour operated successfully. The only additional cost discussed related to the scenic flight, which was not included in your original itinerary. This option only became necessary after Air Botswana rescheduled your scheduled commercial flight due to overbooking, a situation that was entirely beyond our control. As a tour operator, we must work within the airline's policies and are unable to override their operational decisions. To help minimize the inconvenience and ensure your itinerary could continue as planned, we offered the scenic flight as an optional alternative and, as a gesture of goodwill, shared part of the additional cost with you. We also made every effort to keep you informed throughout your journey. Important information, including your pickup instructions and travel updates, was shared with you on several occasions via your mobile number, and we received confirmation that the messages had been successfully received. While we respect your right to share your experience, we kindly ask that the review reflects the circumstances accurately. We remain committed to transparent communication and providing the best possible service, even when faced with unforeseen situations outside our control.
