Excellent tour! Very well organised, includes everything that is necessary and I felt treated like a VIP guest all the time! My guide - Yunhua - bent over and backwards to make my trip unforgettable and he also arranged with great efficiency all the extra activities I was asking for (last minute)

I loved the attention to detail that you put into the tour. The extras, like the visits to people's houses, the home cooked meal, the journey to the farmer out in Guilin, all added that special touch.

All the transport & pickups were well organised, all the excursions were well planed & all the guides were excellent (polite, helpful, knowledgeable, flexible & patient). The only downside was the organising of the dining room in Guilin.

Since we were traveling in an unpopular travel time, we had our own private tour guide. Our guide, Nancy, was also our driver for Dali, Lijiang and Shangri-La. The whole itinerary was very good scheduled and not to packed, so we had time to stroll around the cities by ourselves as well. We were very happy overall and will definitely recommend this tour

We had fantastic days trekking in Ha Giang province with Mr. Jack guide and Son driver. I traveled with my 75 year old dad and upon request they adapted the tour to suit our needs (no too heavy trekking... etc). They took very good care of us and showed us the coolest and most interesting places. Jack was so friendly and full of knowledge and information. We learned a lot from him about the life, culture, food and history in the north of the country. Mr. Son was a very experienced and friendly driver and both gentlemen were very pleasant. The were really professional. We worked intensively with the gentlemen for 5 days and will never forget this trip. We had delicious Vietnamese food everyday. Highly recommend for a less touristy tour off the beaten track and still feel safe and comfortable.

We had such a awe-inspiring experiences with my 5-day trekking adventure to Ha Giang with Conical Travel. My guide also best friend during the trip Ivan helped me a lot to explore this region off the beaten path. We discussed a lot about everthing we saw, drank rice and corn wine together and had great time with karaoke. The trip is unforgettable!!! Thank you!

I mean wow, I thought I saw beautiful until I came here. The Ha Giang loop has turned into the experience of a lifetime. I was a bit nervous at first not knowing where I was and not speaking the language but most people have translators on their phone. The trip literally gets better and better. Our driver and tour guide Dong had the best attitude and knew how to work cameras at a professional level (including drones) and best of all we were able to speak in English the whole tour. The food was amazing, the views and the people. The only problem that I had was not being able to stay longer.

We had an amazing 3 day/2 night tour of Ha Long Bay on a 5 star boat. Ms. Harley was our tour organizer from Crossing Vietnam. She was incredibly communicative and super easy to work with. She even arranged for my husband's invitation letter for his visa because he has a Pakistani passport, which often makes travel difficult. She organized our hotel in Hanoi and our transport to and from the airport. We could not have asked for a better or easier experience. I highly recommend Crossing Vietnam and Ms. Harley for their professionalism.

Accommodation: A+ Lunches: A+ Schedule of activities: A Overall the "Golden Triangle" tour provides great sight into Chinese history, culture, and lifestyle. Wasn't aware that 'TWT' was based in Australia and that they provided world tours. Based on performance of the Director 'Martin' on this trip we would certainly give consideration to further exploring range of tours provided by TWT

The trip was value for money, the historical knowledge of the guide was excellent and everyone was extremely friendly. The communication both before and during the trip was excellent Thanks for everything!

I took their Beijing tour back a few years ago and loved it!! I still can't believe I saw so much of China in just 3 weeks! The hostels were actually really nice, and the experiences were incredible. Guides were all super friendly and had fun recommendations. When meals weren't provided, we'd get a group dinner together which was super fun. At times I was the most exhausted I've ever been, but the guides were super motivated and kept the energy up. I know people who have gone on more expensive tours of China and didn't get to do the cool stuff we did like camping on the great wall of china or training with shaolin warriors.
