Our standard tour package includes transfers only on the scheduled start and end dates, as these are the days when our guides and drivers are coordinated to be available for the entire group. For guests arriving outside of these dates, additional arrangements must be made separately, which is why the fee applies. We completely understand your point about flexibility, and we regret any frustration this caused. We will certainly consider whether similar separate transfers could be considered as an inclusion in the future. Once again, we truly appreciate your honesty and your overall positive impression of the tour.
