Dear Mrs. Suleira Castro Martinez,
I'm Omar Gubernati, Director of Nature Trips,
Thank you for the feedback you sent us, every comment is useful to improve our servicesI am glad to see in the review detail that you had particularly appreciated the transportation and the meals on board.
Faced with the review and some statements released that do not correspond to the truth and in order to protect the image and work of the people of our company, I am forced to clarify some points highlighted.
First of all I am very sorry for the experience you had with the staff on board and in particular with the Tour Leader Aida, events of this type towards customers had never happened before and should never happen. Furthermore, I inform you that measures towards the person responsible have already been taken so that similar events never happen again in the future.
Secondly,Due to the pandemic and the small number of customers, we had to team up with other partners for the realization of the cruises and for the achievement of the minimum number of participants.
As for the average age of cruise passengers,it is usually around middle-aged customers. Depending on the periods it can vary slightly, for example in July and August on the same tour we had customers around 35-40 years, the month of September and October instead has more older customers. You have never asked us about the average age of the passengers if you had, we would have been glad to inform you about it. This has never been a problem in the past.
Curiously enough, a sizable upgrade was presented by you as a downgrade.
The tour originally booked was on a Premium Superior ship as specified in the description on Tour Radar :

Details of the ships :
All ships are approximately 45 m (147 ft) long, 9 m (30 ft) wide luxury vessels , with a cruising speed of nine nautical miles. Newly built with latest state - of the art equipment and amenities vessels offer maximum capacity of approx. 38 passengers in 19 twin or double cabins, guaranteeing an intimate setting for all guests. Cabins are 12 to 17 sqm in size.
Cabins built by up-to-date standards, fully equipped with A/C, safe deposit box, fire alarm and audio system for announcements by the captain or Tour Director. In addition each cabin has life jackets, desk and tabouret , wardrobe, night stand, small sofa and aporthole window. Bathrooms are equipped with toilet, shower, cupboard, wash basin and hair dryer. Some cabins have indoor passage access to the bar and restaurant area. A fully air-conditioned dining room can accommodate all passengers at once, yet offer a great degree of privacy for each guest.
A portion of the dining area extends outdoorsas a lounge area, offering sweeping panoramic views of the surroundings. Freewireless internet access (Wi-Fi).The covered part of the upper deck is spacious enough to accommodate all passengers, tables, chairs with available public lavatory. The vessel has a rear access platform to the sea as well as ladders for easy access to the water. In addition, vessels offer outdoor showers and deck lavatories.Spacious sun deck includes a hot tub and sun beds to enjoy wonderful Adriatic sea views.
As everyone can see, the services of the Deluxe cruise are different and of a higher category than the tour you originally booked.
To provide you with a complete travel experience, colleague Marko has included a series of free admissions and services that were not otherwise included in the original program booked. He paid for those services, in order to provide you a better service. This should had be mentioned.
For all this I must point out that on our part there has not been a downgrade compared to the original tour but a considerable upgrade. The cost of the Split to Split Deluxe Cruise itself is considerably higher than the one paid, and that of the Superior Premium Ship Cruise. It is also not correct that previously included services were not included, as the cruise you took was an upgrade with services not present in the original tour. For example Spectacular evening dinner cruise along the old town city walls of Dubrovnik, AuthenticCroatian Village party visit & dinner on Pelješac peninsula, Cable car in Dubrovnik etc.
I am really sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations and the experiences offered were not fully appreciated. As you should know, a non-positive review, and a series of inaccurate information, can cause serious problems at the work of the people behind the tour. They are particularly striking, especially for a small company like ours, which makes honesty, customer service and the quality of the services offered the cornerstone of its work.
Thank you,
Best Regards
Omar Gubernati
