Tour guides and drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. The itinerary outlined a great list of adventures, which is why we booked it however on Cebu city tour our guide only took us to 2 of the places listed on the itinerary and we had to pay entrance fees to the garden. Also the hostels do not provide early breakfast which was also supposed to be included for the travel ferry days. The team did make it easy for tour date modifications, however communication was lacking when we were not aware of needing to rebook our ferry ride with a fee, additional port fees, and needing to pay cash for hotel deposit during check-in. A guide on how to navigate at the port would have been helpful.Show more

Very professional service provided, they answered our queries immediately & the guides were always on time, very nice & informative. The included food was delicious, we couldn’t fault it & there was plenty of vegetarian options for us. Only con was one of the tour guides tried to pressure us into doing a quad bike tour of the chocolate hills for an additional cost. I made it clear i didn’t want to but he took us to the quad bikes anyway. Good job I wasn’t embarrassed to say no to the people that worked there (clearly his friends). Other than that we had no problems with the rest of the tour & the other tour guides were lovely.Show more

I was glad to book with you. I had wonderful guides. They were very passionate, interesting and smily. I felt like a VIP guest. This is the best way when you travel alone for the 1St time. The only thing to improve is the hôtel location in Cebu city. I didn't feel safe in this area the night. The breakfast wasn't good too and they asked me to pay the 2nd day because they didn't have the information that 2 breakfasts were included. However, the staff was wonderful. The hostel in Bohol was fantastic. The hostel restaurant was tasty, so yummy. I had the best breakfast ever. The staff was very warm, you really felt like home. Thank you for all these great memories. Show more
