Thank you for your feedback during your time in Ireland. We are delighted that you had the opportunity to immerse yourself in the delicious Irish cuisine; the warmth and hospitality of the locals and the nation's rich history are all unique and enriching aspects of any visit to this beautiful country. We appreciate your comments and are sorry to learn that there were certain aspects of your trip that you felt could have been improved. On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, there are changes to our Travel Director or Coach driver that may occur. It's concerning to learn that you felt that you were not well-served by our Travel Directors and they lacked professionalism, as a great Travel Director is essential to our guests' overall enjoyment and comfort on any of our trips. As such, we are surprised to learn that this may have differed from what you experienced on this rare occasion. We would like to assure you that your feedback has been shared with our Operations team for their attention and appropriate action going forward. We were concerned to learn that you felt our hotels on the itinerary failed to meet the high standards we are recognised for. It should be noted that hotel standards may vary from country to country. As such, some hotels' size, characters, and amenities may differ from what our guests are accustomed to in their home nations. However, the condition of each establishment should still be in line with our high standards. Your concerns will be investigated accordingly to help us make the necessary improvements for our guests. That said, we hope you have taken some lasting memories from your time away with us.
