Departure Transfers: Complimentary transfers to Edinburgh Airport (EDI) are scheduled for 08:00 on the last day of the tour. About transportation options during your time on your own in Ireland and Scotland. In Ireland, Uber operates in a limited capacity, primarily offering services through licensed taxi drivers rather than the typical ride-sharing model. Lyft is not available in Ireland. Do we pass by Connemara and the Cliffs of Moher? Is the tour in English? Can I have a French audio guide during the visits? Do I have some freedom during this stay, for example if I don't want to go on a particular visit? Or for the meals not included? The outbound flight to get to Dublin? Should I handle it myself or can tourradar help me? To know the nationality of the people who make this type of stay if possible.

  This tour does not include Connemara or the Cliffs of Moher and will not pass by, it is conducted in English without French audio guides, allows flexibility to skip certain visits and choose your own meals when not included, and typically attracts travelers from English-speaking countries like the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. You have the option to do your own plan even during the tour, just be sure to coordinate with the travel director for guidance and to stay aligned with the itinerary. For meals not included, you have full flexibility to decide where and what to eat, with the tour covering 14 breakfasts and 6 dinners. The adventures we offer will not include international airfare, as travellers can join the trip from many different countries.

Is air travel arranged by the tour company or can we arrange travel ourselves? Can we arrange transportaion from the airport to the hotel and back again? We want travel insurance. Is there an agency you work with/recommend? For time on our own, is Uber or Lyft available in Ireland and Scotland?

  You have the flexibility to purchase airfare either through Trafalgar or on your own. Regarding transfers, we offer complimentary arrival and departure services, provided you meet the shuttle timing requirements. Arrival Transfers: Complimentary transfers from Dublin Airport (DUB) are available at 08:30, 11:00, and 13:00 on the first day of the tour. Departure Transfers: Complimentary transfers to Edinburgh Airport (EDI) are scheduled for 08:00 on the last day of the tour. About transportation options during your time on your own in Ireland and Scotland. In Ireland, Uber operates in a limited capacity, primarily offering services through licensed taxi drivers rather than the typical ride-sharing model. Lyft is not available in Ireland. In Scotland, Uber is available in major cities like Edinburgh and Glasgow, providing a convenient option for getting around. However, Lyft does not operate in Scotland. For both countries, traditional taxis and public transportation are reliable alternatives.

Carry-on/hand luggage is restricted to one piece per person, not exceeding 12"x11"x6" (30x28x14cm) to fit under the coach seat or in the small overhead compartment. - For any tour departing before November 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Trafalgar. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
