    • When and where does the tour end?

      This tour ends after breakfast at Novotel in Edinburgh, where transfers are provided to the airport at 7 am and 9 am. It's time to say a fond farewell to Scotland and your newfound friends, at the end of an unforgettable tour! Please be aware that the hotel is subject to change until your final documents are released.

    • When and where does the tour start?

      Day 1 of this tour is an arrivals day, which means that you can arrive at Mespil in Dublin anytime during the day. Delve into the charm of the Irish capital, before joining your fellow travellers and Travel Director for a Welcome Reception at a traditional Irish pub to kick-start your unforgettable holiday. Please be aware that the meeting hotel is subject to change until your final documents are released.

    • Do you arrange airport transfers?

      Airport transfers are included in the tour price, however, they are only available at certain times and are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. Arrival transfers in Dublin are available at 8.30 am, 11 am and 1 pm. Departure transfers from Edinburgh are available at 7 am and 9 am.

      If you arrive or depart outside of these times we can arrange a transfer for you for an additional cost once you have a confirmed booking.

    • Do I need a visa?

      As a tour booking website, TourRadar cannot organise visas for you on your behalf as the visa requirements are regularly being updated and vary for the nationality of one traveller to the next.     • I'm a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?

      If you are a solo traveller and you don't mind sharing you will be roomed with a fellow traveller of the same gender for no additional cost. If you would prefer your own private room this can be arranged for an additional cost, please contact our customer support team for more information.

    • Are the flights included?

      Flights before and after the tour are not included in the tour price and you need to arrange these separately by yourself once your tour is guaranteed.       • Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
      • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
    • Payment information
      • For any tour departing before July 19th, 2021 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 19th, 2021, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Trafalgar. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
      • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Trafalgar will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
      • The following cards are accepted for "Trafalgar" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
