Can I cancel the tour if there are changes made by the operator?

If On the Go Tours cancels the tour, you are entitled to a full refund.

I am interested in Oct 15th, but Oct 8th is the last date. Will you have a date for Oct 15th later? I would like to see fall leaves. I see that mid Oct is the good for fall leaves

The 8th October is the last departure and we won't have any later date. There shouldn't be much difference in terms of the autumn between the 8th and 15th of October, the weather in Europe is unpredictable anyway and sometimes the autumn comes much earlier than October but sometimes much later.

What will happen if my flight is delayed?

In the case of delays, you should advise our local team on the new arrival time.

Will there be any food included in the tour?

Meals included in the tour will be provided as detailed in the itinerary.

When can I expect to receive my travel documentation?

Your travel documentation will be available for you to download and should be checked before departure.

Can we leave the tour in Split?

While you can end the tour in Split, please note that you would miss out on the last two days of the tour, which are non-refundable due to the package structure. Those final days include some wonderful experiences that we wouldn't want you to miss out on!

The tour was well organised, the guide and driver were excellent. Pick up and drop off were punctual and hassle free. The hotel resort for the last 2 days in Dubrovnik was excellent. I was disappointed that we had very little time in Slovenia, though it was advertised as Croatia and Slovenia. The tour was Really only 4 days of touring. Day1 was 15 minutes of the guide meeting with us. Day 2, day 3, day 4, and day 5 were excellent tours, Day6 was a "free day " and Day 7 was departure. The Piltvice lakes were amazing.The free day could have been used to see more of Slovenia.Show more

  Croatia tourism is seasonal, and from late October to late March is very quiet there, many restaurants and bars are open just for the season. We have some late October departures of different tours in Croatia.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
