  The tour was flawless with well organised and clear instructions. Everything was delivered as promised through outsourced suppliers the guides were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. All my accomodation was good and the transfers prompt and comfortable. This tour was excellent value for money.Show more

  I am a 63 yr old woman who travelled by myself and can say that I have never been more stressed and exhausted after a holiday. The brochure states that we travel through this beautiful country , implying more than one person, in reality I was a single person travelling and not in a group as expected. I never saw anybody from Alaturka tours, everything was sub contracted out. In the brochure it stated 15 nights accommodation, in reality it was was 9 night accommodation, in which I payed an extra £694.32 for the privilege as a solo traveller. 13 nights if you include the shared cabin on the gullet cruise. It stated one over night bus and had to endure two 12 hours on a public bus overnight by myself on public transport with nobody speaking English. I had no company to go out with in the evening for meals in restaurants so ended up snacking in my hotel rooms. Two of the hotels: TJs in Canakkle (1/2 star) and Bayrams in Olympus was a hostel with just a wooden cabin as accommodation. I should have been dropped of in Selcuk for my accomodation one night but the coach driver took me to Kusadisi , he tried to kick me off the bus and get a taxi as he was late for his next pick up. Was dropped off at Debaklar hotel where I had no reservation where reception got through to Alaturka and I eventually stayed the night (again hotel was not in centre of Kusadisi. on both overnight buses, dropped off at 7am I could not get into my accommodation until 1pm in Cappadoccia, and 11am in Fathyia. The Gullet cruise at the end was occupied by 20 to 30 year olds that partied day and night for 3 days, from 10am to 2pm the following morning. I kept asking for a detailed itinerary as it had changed from the one sent just prior to going on this holiday and finally got one after repeatedly asking on the 13th September. I have had a dreadful experience and I plan to put this review on social media if I do not get recompensed for a harrowing journey. Amanda AlmondShow more

  The chosen tour program includes bus trips. We tried to give you the best service. It is stated in the tour program which days you will stay in the hotel. We have agencies that we work with throughout Turkey. Bus journeys take long for your tours in Çanakkale. due to the distance. The driver who left you in Kusadasi in the evening could not find the way because he had not come before. We apologize for the driver's mistake. We have arranged accommodation for you right away at your hotel. If you had informed us about the dinners, we could have directed you. Accommodations in Olympos are all wooden bungalows. tj hotel is a 3 star hotel. Since all ages participate in the cabin tour, there were mostly young people in our cabin tour that day. If we had another exit that day, we could have put you there. If you had informed us during the tour. We would assist you immediately. We would do what we could do differently. We are ashamed of you. what can we do for you

  Recommended tour for people who wants to explore Turkey. Gullet cruise is awesome! Transportation and accommodations are well organized from beginning to end. This tour is really great value for money. Maybe a flexible option to spend a night or spend the evening in Kas, Demre while on the cruise would be nice. An option to stay for another night in Canakkale, Fetihye, and Cappadocia would also be great as well.Show more
