Can you let me know if the rooms have two queen beds for 3 people ? Do you provide transportation from Rome airport to hotel? Do all the traveller for 14 July tour stay in same hotel?

We can have two beds or a bed and a pull out sofa or a cot in a triple room. We do provide arrival and departure transfers at the rate of $55 per person per transfer. All guest that will start the tour on July 14, 2024 will be at the same hotel. You will travel throughout the tour with the same group.

The Splendors of Italy departing 21 April 2024 is currently available and guaranteed. The cost is $2999 per person twin-share.

Can this trip be customized? Family of 5 - dad is 88 years old in a wheelchair; mom is 80 years old mobile. They will need 2 rooms, one with handicap access (2 beds), the other for the 3 sisters (3 beds or 2 queen) at no more than $400 per night. The trip will be 7-10 days. The senior parents would mostly enjoy the food, culture, sites, wine tasting, and traveling by train.

We cannot customize this tour, they will have to follow the published itinerary. The parents will be able to participate as much as they can. If they feel that an activity is to strenuous, they can speak with the Tour Director and possibly sit it out. We can submit a request for accessible rooms, however there is o guarantee that the rooms will be accommodating.

Can you provide Air with transfers from Airport to hotel?

We can offer airport transfers at an additional cost. We can also provide an air quote on our contracted air. If you book air with us, transfers are included. You can deviate your return date, however, we would not be able to provide airport transfers if you do something on your own after the tour.

Any hotel Accommodations in Rome do you suggest I stay in before and after the trip for international departure?

We do offer pre and post nights that you can add to your tour package. The extra nights would be in the same hotel where the tour begins and ends. We finalize hotel details about 30 days prior to departure. Please let us know which tour date you are interested in and we can give you a cost for the extra nights.

Can you tell me what sort of accommodation is provided in this tour? Would we be able to request a triple room?

The accommodation is all based on hotel style accommodation and if you have a party of 3 travelling, we can request a triple room for you.

When does the tour begin and end? Do I need to be there early?

The tour begins on the first day with a welcome meeting in the evening, so you are free to arrive anytime in the morning or afternoon on the first day. The tour ends on the last day after breakfast, so you are free to depart anytime after.

Is the single supplement mandatory?

The single supplement is completely optional. You are not required to pay a single supplement to join the tour. The tour price advertised is based on a twin share basis, if you are a single traveller you will be roomed with a passenger of the same gender. The single supplement optional cost is if you would like your own room on the tour.

Our tour director, Daniela Spissu was fabulous-she treated us like we were all great friendsÃ°Å¸ËœÅ½ She went well above and beyond with amazing service. We saw so many beautiful places, and she was always providing us with helpful information. The bus was very comfortable, and we were pleased with our accommodations (hotel breakfasts were good - hotel dinners were average and could use a little more flair).
