Insurance requirements are as follows: As with all G Adventures tours, it is mandatory for all of our travellers to have Emergency Medical Travel Insurance that will cover the dates of the tour. This emergency evacuation benefit, and includes repatriation to your home country. The medical expenses, evacuation and repatriation benefits must, when combined together, cover for at least 200,000.00 USD per traveller.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 3rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 3rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
