The main difference is the travel style, accommodation, and included experiences. The Day of the Dead Original is a more budget-friendly option and includes: • Comfortable hotel accommodation for 4 nights • Breakfast included daily • A visit to Mercado San Juan and Mexico City's historic centre • Traditional Day of the Dead altar creation with a local host • Tlahuac cemetery visit • A sugar skull (calaveritas de azucar) workshop • Some free time to explore Mexico City independently The Day of the Dead Comfort option offers a more enhanced experience with a higher comfort level and includes: • Hotel accommodation for 4 nights • Breakfast daily plus one dinner included • A visit to the Frida Kahlo Museum • A walking tour of Mexico City's highlights • A more immersive experience with a local family in Tlahuac, including altar creation and cemetery ceremonies • Participation in the Day of the Dead parade experience Both trips have a maximum group size of 12 travellers, include a local leader, and visit the important Day of the Dead celebrations in Tlahuac. How to get from airport to group at the hotel

We are able to arrange private airport transfers if notified early enough otherwise, you can travel from the Mexico City Airport to the hotel by taxi. We recommend you use the authorized taxi services organized from inside the terminal. They will charge you approximately MX$250-350 (USD$14-20) for a trip to downtown. The drive to where the hotel is located is approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic.

Do we have to share hotel rooms?

For this trip all accommodation will be twin share. If you are traveling with another person then you will not be sharing your accommodations.
