  Itinerary was great, excellent value. Hotels were all fine and the breakfasts good. Some were too far out of town but the daily schedule was busy so sometimes we were too tired to go out anyways. We visited many towns, brief intro then explored. Nice to get out of large cities. A tour at Auschwitz would have been appreciated. Overall good value for money paid. It is a big bus tour and one day there were no seats next to each other so we had to split up. It really was upsetting because all the singles were sitting alone so people together got split up.Show more

  Getting to know other territories with knowledgeable and supportive guides is very important in my case, as I have a disability. Sharing with people from other countries and cultures is also wonderful. My only suggestion: journeys of more than two hours should be comfortable and in good condition. For local visits the buses were excellent, but not so for long distances. For example, on the Poland leg the transfer bus didn't meet minimum conditions for people with long legs. Otherwise, thank you very much and I look forward to more trips. Congratulations to Guillermo, Glauco and the local guides, they inspire the desire to learn more about the countries visited.Show more

  The quality of the guides — very knowledgeable on the topics. I liked the hotels and the restaurant options they offered. On the Auschwitz visit, I think visiting Auschwitz 1 adds more value than 2, especially after visiting Sachsenhausen. In the cities where you explore on your own, it would be nice to provide customers with a map indicating points of interest. At some moments the time felt short.Show more

  Tour guide Daniel was very helpful. Bus driver Kobau? First driver was erratic. Drive fast, then break hard over and over. Made me vomit for 5 hrs one day. Second driver on last day was smooth and acceptable. Tours were good, Only things missing is maybe at least one meal as a group and meeting guides ahead.Show more

Regarding your suggestions, meal plans can be added to the tour when requested in advance through the booking agency. As for meeting the guides beforehand, our guides are introduced to passengers once the tour begins, according to the established operating procedures.
