Our tour of Switzerland was wonderful. Vitalli was full of knowledge, information and history of Switzerland and the Swiss culture. He went out of his way to take care of everyone as well as make sure everyone’s needs were met. It is a fast moving tour with lots of walking as we covered many cities, and areas of Switzerland. Trip to Lake Como and Bellagio - no idea how this fitted in with the rest. Bus load dumped in 3 crowded locations. No where to sit or relax. Had to eat and drink in 3 different spots to get a seat.
