We would like to clarify that the times indicated in the itinerary are approximate and the day’s distances give passengers an idea of the estimated time to reach the hotel. However, schedules may vary due to logistical reasons and group organization, as was the case during the visit to Barcelona. The entry to the Sagrada Familia was at 17:00, and although passengers were transported to the city center after the panoramic tour, we understand that this may have affected your experience. Regarding the language, we always aim for the tours to be bilingual (English and Spanish), and we regret that this was not always possible on certain occasions. We also take note of your comments about bus organization and guide assignments in order to continue improving. We are pleased to hear that guides José and Matty made your tour more enjoyable, and we will pass on your recognition to them. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
