As stated in my registration I have food restrictions. It was difficult to get food items replaced in the included meals. It was impossible to replace rice/ noodles with more of the served vegetables for some reason! One place gave me 2 sweet buns stuffed with butter in place of rice!! Had no clue that low carb and fat was not buns and butter I had expected more than this in the tour planning. Our guide spoke limited and poorly pronounced English Many of the locations where we were to get our own meals were not appropriate ie we arrived after places closed or there was NO english menus/spoken english or only sweets were available!   Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a 3-star accommodation option on our scheduled departures, as all guests travel together and stay in the 4-star hotels included in the package.
  
  If your clients would prefer 3-star accommodation, we can certainly arrange either a private tour or an independent (FIT) tour. Please let us know if you would like us to prepare a quotation for either of these options.
  
  Private Tour: This option is fully customised and exclusive to your clients. However, it is generally significantly more expensive than the scheduled group tour even wit 3-star hotels option.
  
  Independent (FIT) Tour: This may be a more suitable alternative. We would arrange the hotels, airport and intercity transfers, and clients need to make their own way to meeting points for join-in sightseeing tours where applicable. While this option offers greater flexibility, the overall savings compared with our scheduled set deparutre small group tour are typically not much.
