Overall the trip was good! I wish we had more information going into each excursion because we had some people that were limited and had to wait until the guide was there before determining they were unable to participate in the activity rather than being able to just stay at the hotel. The hotels were nice and all had AC and some had pools. We arrived before check in time in Rome and had to pay for early check in. Breakfast was included in our stay at Rome, except the first day. The group had to leave too early on the last day and didn’t get to eat breakfast so they had asked to instead of paying for the first day of breakfast, let it take the place of the last morning in Rome but they wouldn’t do it so that was frustrating. Also you have to pay taxes at each hotel. The hotel in Rome was right near the metro which was a dangerous area. The day we were leaving, they had us waiting outside a place (that wasn’t open yet) to get transferred to Sorrento and my mom’s phone got stolen right out of her hand. The day trip to Pompeii was cool, definetly informational. The day trip to Capri was nice, but the tour guide said we could either have 4 hours of free time or go on a bus with her (20 euros a person) obviously we don’t know what we’re doing and how to get to places so we did the bus tour & then had the “private” boat tour at the end of the day. The boat was huge and had a ton of people on it. The Amalfi coast was incredible, no issues at all. Each town we visited was safe and we loved the way breakfast and dinner was included during the second half of our trip. The hotel restaurant made amazing food! The front desk people were friendly and helpful when it came to planning outside activities.Show more

Land of the Northern Lights tour was great! The tour guide Hallthor was awesome! I’m so glad I attended. I was going to cancel this tour. Omg, this tour was truly good. The Blue Lagoon, the waterfalls, the mountains, geysers, Reykjavík Peninsula, Skoger Folk, and the tomato greenhouse. Moreover, we saw the Northern Lights. That was awesome. Hallthor made the tour bus ride very interesting. He told lots of historical stories and tales. We could have not asked for a better tour guide. He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We learned a lot from our tour guide. Thank you for a fabulous holiday and a great experience.Show more
