    Guten Tag, vom 7. Juli 2024 bis zum 14. Juli 2024 habe ich mit Freunden eine Flußkreuzfahrt gemacht. 1. Seit März bekam ich auf Emails und Anrufen keine Reaktion. Das bedeutete: 2. Wir erfuhren nie den Namen des Schiffes 3. Es war mir nicht möglich hier in Deutschland meinen Reise zu bezahlen. 4. Meine Anfrage, auf welcher Seite des Kölner Bahnhofs wartet ein Shuttle, wurde erst drei Tage nach Beginn unserer Reise per Email beantwortet 5. Bis heute habe ich nicht erfahren, wie sich meine gigantische Summe von 2800 $ zusammensetzt. 6. Obwohl meine Freunde, die ja für mich gebucht hatten, den gleichen Standard gebucht hatten, bekamen eine Kabine ohne Fenster zum Öffnen. 7. Die Cruise Managerin war arrogant, hochnäsig und inkompetent !! 8. Sie weigerte sich die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen zu erklären, weil es ja nur vier Personen waren, die kein deutsch sprachen. 9. Schweich ist NICHT Trier !! Das Taxi für eine Fahrt kostete 42 € !! 10. Die Cruise Managerin sagte uns, wir sollen die Ausflüge ( waren bezahlt ) nicht mitmachen, weil ich gehbehindert bin. Gebucht wurde die Fahrt von M. + D. Jindra, San Pedro, Kalifornien. Ich wohne in Hamburg und sie hatten für mich mitgebucht. Ich hatte mit meinem verstorbenen Mann mehrere Flußkreuzfahrten gemacht. Deshalb hatte ich eine Vergleichsmöglichkeit. MfG Anne Leclerc
