      For all bookings of Multi-day tours a minimum of 21 days' notice of cancellation or amendment prior to your scheduled tour departure is required for a full refund. For all cancellations less than 21 days' notice before trip departure you will be refunded 50% of the total tour price. 50% is non-refundable, as this represents our direct cost of booking and preparing your tour. If a cancellation is made with less than 10 days' notice prior to departure no refund is given. I think it would be best to plan on obtaining your visa no later than 21 days before your departure date, as this would allow you to qualify for a full refund if necessary. Alternatively, you may change your tour start date, provided that the request is made no later than 10 days before the tour begins.

During the trip, we provide full transportation services via a comfortable Mercedes-Benz minibus. You are very welcome to combine your trip to Italy with our Swiss Miracle Tour. We recommend arriving by train from Milan to Zurich on Sunday, which is the designated arrival day for our guests. Our excursion program begins in Zurich on Monday morning and concludes in Geneva on Saturday morning.
