Hi Celeste and Martin, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Thank you for your kind words about my guiding. I also appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us continue improving our tours. I was genuinely surprised by your comment regarding the "free day." For the past four years, every one of our Swiss Miracle or Stunning Switzerland Tours has included a free Thursday with a selection of optional excursions or the opportunity for guests to enjoy Switzerland at their own pace. This has always been part of the itinerary and was certainly not a change made after the tour had started. I'm sorry if there was any misunderstanding or if this part of the program didn't meet your expectations. Regarding the hotels, all of them are officially rated 4-star properties. During the summer, a lot of Swiss hotels—especially in the Alps—don't have air conditioning, as it has traditionally not been considered necessary. As for breakfast, open windows are common in Switzerland during warm weather, and unfortunately, this can occasionally attract flies.
