Itinerary
- Day 1
Longyearbyen
You'll arrive in Longyearbyen and need to drop off checked luggage at the meeting point between 9am and 12pm. Your flight should touch down by 2pm at the latest, and keep your passport with you in your carry-on since you can't pack it away. The group transfer to the Expedition ship happens at 4pm, so you'll have some time to settle in before boarding begins.

- Days 2 - 5
Svalbard - Greenland Sea
Four days of exploring Northwest Spitsbergen National Park from the ship mean you'll be on the lookout for polar bears, Arctic foxes, and Svalbard's distinctive reindeer. Zodiac excursions take you along the western coast where you can make the most of the long daylight hours. The expedition leaders adjust each day based on ice conditions and weather, so your exact route shifts to give you the best wildlife viewing opportunities.

Landmarks Northwest Spitsbergen National Park 

- Days 6 - 7
Greenland Sea
Sailing through the Greenland Sea, you'll scan for whales, dolphins, seals, and sea birds while listening to talks from the expedition team. The ship moves along the pack ice edge near Northeast Greenland's coast, and you might spot orca, humpback, or minke whales. Keep an eye out for kittiwakes, fulmars, and other seabirds in the frigid Arctic waters.

Landmarks Greenland Sea - Days 8 - 12
Northeast Greenland National Park
You'll explore one of the world's largest national parks with rarely visited fjord systems, sailing through glacial landscapes where steep mountains rise straight from the water. There's a visit to the remote settlement of Ittoqqortoormiit to see how the northernmost residents live and experience their way of life. Walking across the autumn tundra gives you chances to spot musk oxen grazing in this isolated wilderness.

Landmarks Northeast Greenland National Park Scorsbysund Ittoqqortoormiit - Days 13 - 14
Denmark Strait to Reykjavik
The ship heads toward Iceland across the Denmark Strait while you attend lectures and watch the waters for whales. Seabirds like fulmars, kittiwakes, gannets, guillemots, and razorbills appear as you get closer to Reykjavik. By evening you'll see the city with its geothermal hot springs coming into view.

Landmarks Denmark Strait - Day 15
Reykjavik
After breakfast, you'll disembark at Midbakki Pier in downtown Reykjavik. If you're leaving the same day, there's a free transfer to Keflavik International Airport at 8am, or you can grab a taxi from the pier if you're staying longer. Make sure not to book any onward flights before noon.
